Elastomer products

We have a wide range of materials. Thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 60 mm, roll goods up to 1,500 mm wide for pressed sheets (thickness 8 - 60 mm = 1,200 x 2,400 mm)

Here is an excerpt from our product portfolio:

EPDM

soft

This synthetic ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (25   Shore) has outstanding material properties due to its molecular network   structure and combines flexibility and durability

EPDM

Heat

These peroxide-cured EPDM sheets not only impress   with their very good temperature resistance up to approx. +150°C, but also comply to DBL   6038.14.

EPDM

HQ

A high quality, sulphur cured 70 Shore EPDM grade   with good weather and ozone resistance.

EPDM

FDA

The white EPDM sheets are FDA - 21§177.2600 (e) -   compliant and therefore suitable for food contact.

EPDM

Fire

This black 60 Shore EPDM quality complies with the   fire protection classification DIN EN 45545 Part 2 for requirement sets   R22/R23 (HL1-HL2).

FKM

FDA

This high quality FKM (75 Shore) not only has a   tensile strength of > 9 MPa but also FDA conformity according to   21§177.2600 (e).

HNBR

hydrogenated

The HNBR quality impresses with its good mechanical   properties and abrasion resistance. It also has good swelling resistance to   mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats. In addition, it is characterised by   excellent low-temperature resistance and very good hot-air resistance.

NBR

 detectable   +  magnetic

A blue, detectable NBR elastomer grade complies with   EU Regulation 1935 and is FDA (Food and Drug Administration) compliant for   repeated contact with food.

NBR

FDA

An NBR quality, compliant with FDA - 21§177.2600   (e), in the colours white and blue.

NBR

Oil

These NBR sheets impress with their very good oil   and petrol resistance.

NR

Abrasion

This NR wear protection quality is available with 40   Shore (red), ideally suited for use with fine-grained material, as well as   sheets with 60 Shore (black), which are used for coarse-grained, sharp-edged   material.
